BIANCA BLANCHE (4.5%)

Light, pallid and opalescent, produced using raw spelt and wheat. It is slightly acid and lightly spiced.

Perfect with fresh goat’s cheese, burrata, Mediterranean whitebait and fish crudités, pinzimoni or simply as an aperitif.

BRUTON GOLDEN ALE (5.5%)

Clear beer with a low alcohol content. Light body and delicate aromas recall the flowery and herbal scents typical of the noble varieties of German and continental hops, with a touch of American varieties, making this a pleasantly sessionable beer.

Marries well to all the menu, particularly entrees, white meats, salamis or simply to be enjoyed by itself.

BRUTON GLUTEN FREE (5.5%)

A light beer with a low alcohol content. Respecting the original Bruton formula of Bruton, we have varied the production method, breaking down the gluten content below 20 parts per million.

A drinkable gluten-free beer that maintains the characteristic taste of our Bruton from Bruton.

LILITH PALE ALE (5.5%)

A beer with character, amber in colour and having a persistent head. Well-structured though very fresh, it gains its citrus and resinous scent with a clear bitter finish from the use of hops coming from both Europe and America.

It is best with pork or fatty meats, dried meats and salamis or grilled meats.

ABIERA SEASON (6.5%)

A classic Belgian style seasonal without spices or added aromas. It is extremely dry having hints of bread and soft fruits with a vein of flowers and citrus coming from a fine working of the hops. A clean, very drinkable beer.

Perfect with white meats it is also blends well with grilled vegetables, Mediterranean whitebait, molluscs and fish such as salmon and tuna.

STONER STRONG GOLDEN ALE (7.5%)

A light-coloured beer, golden. Fresh but potent to the nose containing notes of apricot and candied fruit. On the palate it is well balanced having hints of honey and fruit which pleasantly mask its fairly high alcoholic content.

Excellent with cheddars, filled pasta dishes (ravioli and similar), risottos, marrow and saffron based dishes, white meats, baked vegetables
